We had a bad battery that we ended up having to replace, which put a kink in our plans, BUT Kris went above and beyond to help and make things right. He was responsive and genuinely apologetic. Things happen, and he handled it wonderfully. Once we got the new battery, the car ran perfectly and was great on gas mileage. Overall, it was a good experience, just a small bump in the road!
