Great car for when you're in a pickle! Smooth pick-up/drop-off and good communication. Host was extremely accommodating and flexible as we needed additional days past our original booking.

The car stalled on me while i was on the highway stranded with small kids!!! The car had too much oil had it drained but the car kept doing the samething!!! Message them to let them know asked me to take it to autozone to see what it read i did that told them but when i looked in the glove box it was the same paperwork and same issue that i had!!! Which was just read in Feb and her it is March ?? I spent my whole day at a shop to get it fixed when this issue could’ve been resolved beforehand especially knowingly this was an issues and trying to cover it up! Regardless if you paid for it or not!! It was on my time not yours and for you to send and invoice saying i went over my mileage well damn !!! I went over my mileage playing around trying to find out what was wrong with your car!!! Reimburse me for the hotel i had to get because i was stranded 2hrs from my destination due the car stalling in the middle of the highway and cutting off !!! Reimburse me for renting me a defective vehicle knowing damn well it wasn’t fixed properly
Cars oil was changed by Midas as seen on oil change sticker you proceeded to have your uncle do the oil without permission with dollar store oil! The car drove to North Carolina with no issues and when you called about the sensor we paid to get the sensor and the issue ended up to be a dirty throttle body which was cleaned and taken care of along with the sensor promptly. We took care of the issue you had and corrected it so you can get back home. Sorry your upset about overmileage fees.
