Host was great , answered questions in a timely matter , checked on me during the trip , even helped with last minute changes. Definitely recommend.

The car’s steering wheel was very shaky. So after picking up the car and driving it up the highway I returned it back to the drop off location. I mentioned I wanted my refund and turo is telling me I can’t get my full refund back because my reservation already started. But the car is very dangerous and I find it absurd to charge me just for taking the car down the road. I then went to the host and said I’ll just take the car swap that he offered me a few minutes prior..the host tells me the car got booked in under 10 minutes..lol. So now I have no rental and no full refund.
this is absolutely not true turo is aware of this and it's documented. you tried to cancel last minute and couldn't and then tried to find a way out of your reservation and make up a story about the car. there is absolutely nothing wrong with the vehicle and drives great it's not right you did what you did but wish you best of luck in your future.

The rear view mirror was glued on before I purchased the rental therefore when I adjusted the mirror, it fell off.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
