Had a flat and car did not have a wreck to change donut.
Car was dirty
Davin never communicated regarding a flat or wrench till the final day when I asked how everything is going. He said he got a flat and changed the tire. When I asked if he hit something he said you never know nowadays with the potholes. Regarding the cleanliness of the vehicle that day was raining car was was closed and informed him if a wash and vac was necessary ide reimburse during his trip. We strive to maintain a great status and this is not our expectations. Sorry you felt that way.....
