The car was dirty and smelled like smoke
Thank you for your feedback, Michelle. We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the vehicle’s cleanliness and odor. Unfortunately, a previous renter violated our no-smoking policy, which led to the smoke smell you noticed. Since then, the vehicle has been fully sanitized and disinfected, and a professional ozone treatment has been completed to eliminate any remaining odors.
Also new tires have been installed. I hope you rent again with me and will offer a discount for your troubles.

Geo is both the best possible host- communicative, responsive and respectful- he is also a wonderful human being. I had to rent due to an emergency situation and he went above and beyond to help me. The world needs more business people and more human beings like Geo! I would rent from him again in a heartbeat. The car was also as described- clean and well functioning.
