The car is great. Host is very responsive. Pick up was very confusing
There were Photos of where the car was at per Turo's policy the guest went to the wrong spot then called and said they couldn't find the car but it was where the directions said it was so I don't really think thats fair. I have done well over 200+ airport trips and I don't ever have problems like this so I apologize for the situation but I followed Turo protocol.

Literally the host ever! Was very understanding, helpful and compassionate! The car was beautiful and very clean! It rode very smooth, the sound system was perfect for listening to your favorite songs, I loved the dashboard was my favorite feature. You’re in the best hands renting with this host.
