Guy canceled on me the last second, literally. Had the key in my hand about to pull off then he talking about something came up. You can’t make this up. Still waiting on my refund. Guy offered me some money but it was pennies on the dollar 🤦🏻

For clarification, this guest never drove or operated the vehicle. Before the trip began, we discovered a burned-out headlight and, because it was nighttime, decided not to release the vehicle for safety reasons. The guest never left the parking lot with the car or even started the engine. We take safety seriously and would never knowingly allow a guest to drive an unsafe vehicle. Any refund concerns must be handled directly through Turo.
