The car was clean, pickup was easy, and the host was helpful and responsive.

The host was great at responding. I never really had a problem with any of his cars besides this one. The car died on me twice with my infant in the car. And i had no jumper cables. Thankfully i was able to get it jumped both times but after the second time i did NOT wanna risk it again. It inconvenienced me greatly and my son almost got heat exhaustion. The renter did offer to bring a new battery which was nice but at the point i was over it and upset. So i returned the car only. He honestly is amazing just not this car and it is terrible on gas. Get his other cars! They are great

I'm very sorry you had some issues starting the car. Car batteries can fail unpredictably. The problem has been corrected and the car is fully reliable again.
