I would not recommend this host if you need a dependable vehicle.
The car broke down during my trip and would not start at all. I was stuck for hours trying to resolve the issue, and the replacement process was disorganized and stressful.
At one point, the replacement vehicle situation was confused and not even properly set up in Turo’s system, which caused even more delays late at night.
This situation seriously impacted my responsibilities, including work and caring for my children. It created a major disruption that could have been avoided with a properly maintained and reliable vehicle.
Overall, this was an unreliable and frustrating experience. I would caution anyone who needs a dependable car — especially families — to consider other options.
