Car was perfect, did have the tire pressure light on but tire was fine. This was my first time using Turo and I’m now a fan. Great process and enjoyed the whole trip. Used this car for the trip to the mountains for my birthday and I loved it. The sunroof was perfect and if you’re looking for compact and great gas mileage then this is it. And if you like to listen to music this car has a great beats audio speakers and again I loved it.

The process with renting the car was great and sensible. I actually enjoyed the entire “RENTING” process better with turo then I have with some major chains that I have used traveling as an international flight attendant. However, the actual host I got the car from left a little to be desired. He was very kind and responsive, until he got the payment or it was secured! I must admit I am not the most savy techy person in the bowl! But I do expect that if I’m having some difficulty obtaining the key from the lock box that one would pick up the phone and not tell me later in the conversation that you were busy with your “kids”! But the most interesting part was the fact that the car was dirty, I had to go straight and vacuum it out before I could drive it. Filled with hair, not sure if it was human or animal! Not to mention, it appeared that the car had just been purchased without it being checked out, it didn’t even have a tag on it. It still had the dealership tag, while I was driving one of the light kept coming on for me to check the tire pressure. If you drive above 61–65 miles per hour the right from wheel will vibrate like crazy. I guess if saving gas was the only good thing I had to say about the entire experience. It only took me 20.00 worth of gas to run all my errands. But I never wanted to do under such hazardous conditions and I never would have paid to put myself in that situation. Yes he did try and call me, just like I tried to text him. Just like I told him, if you are not in my “contacts” my phone will NOT let your call come through. I appreciate him trying to call but that doesn’t change the facts. Anyway that was my experience and please get that front wheel checked out before putting the car back out for someone else to use. May the next person experience be better then mine.
