Everything was fine except for the end and i was confused as to how and where to.place the lockbox but after talking with a customer service rep from Turo, it was easy

It’s a nice car but it’s definitely needs maintenance done on it before it’s booked again.. thanks for being a great host blessing

The rental “host” was the farthest from being a host. He shouldn’t even be allowed to rent cars out to others.
The car was a joke. The car owner was out of control, rude, a liar and disrespectful. The owner is a liar, No Air Conditioning, all 4 tires had to be aired up every morning and every afternoon, smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke, check engine light was constantly on (seen in the pictures I posted in the Turo App. The owner said there was nothing wrong with the “check engine light”. I ran an engine diagnostic test at an automotive store and got an “Evap System Failure” which is a serious repair. The rear brakes or rear Axle was falling apart. When brakes were applied the car shook, squealed and rattled terribly.
The owner said he didn’t have time on Sunday to drive the 3 hour round trip to bring me another car. He told me Sunday night he would bring me a different car Monday morning @ 9:30 and he never showed up. He then told me it was my responsibility to drive to him to get the car.
Then I found an Apple “Air Tag Tracker” in the car which is illegal and against Turo policies. I request a full refund $635.67 refunded back to me asap.
