The cars AC was wonderful and the car itself was easy to spot in crowded lots with the cute line green color.

Very nice car! Although it’s an older model, the upgrades to the media system were great. Had cute lights on the inside that the teenager girls in our group appreciated. We picked this car due to the great gas mileage and paint color. The green made it easy to find in a crowded parking lot. Would rent again.

Had an issue with a tire but the host came and took care of it and luckily I didn’t need the car while host was getting new tire.

Worst experience with Turo. I couldn't see my reservation. Host was slow with responses. Turo is saying a returned car laye but it was returned over 3 hrs early. What the heck? ??
Greetings Renee, all the car's instructions were given the day prior to your trip starting and ending. As hosts, we don't have control over issues on Turo's app. You didn't upload your license on time and knowing the issues you were having with the app, I called to make your pickup process easier. During your trip, you complained about not receiving beach chairs that you never paid. As a guest, you have to complete your checkout process to avoid late fee messages from Turo, which you didn't do.
