Wonderful car, great on mileage, everything that was expected

Car in highway made a disturbing whistle sound.
I had to turn up radio to drown out noise,was never able to charge my phone.
I asked for discount,none is offered.
Hi Shirley, thank you for your feedback. The vehicle is equipped with a working 12V outlet for charging, while the USB port is intended for media use on certain devices. You did mention the noise during the trip, but we were unable to replicate it upon inspection. We always encourage guests to reach out during their trip so we can assist in real time and ensure the best experience possible. We cannot make every guest happy, but we will always strive too!
