Car was in okay condition, pickup and return were easy to handle. Host did not seem very knowledgeable about Turo.

Thank you for the review. To clarify, the issue at the end of the trip was not a lack of knowledge of Turo. You did not have enough time to charge and return the vehicle, so additional rental time was required to maintain Turo coverage. Both the additional rental charges and charging reimbursement were determined by Turo, not me. The Google results referenced were unrelated to the specific situation. Both charges could have been avoided with proper planning.
The vehicle is old and does not justify the high price. Tesla software struggles at this age.
The host would not provide Tesla app access which is standard for a Tesla Turo rental.
Otherwise the vehicle was clean and well maintained.

This was our first time having Turo. The Tesla was fantastic to drive during our trip. Car was easy to find and super clean. Jenifer was a great host and very responsive when needed! Would def rent a car from her again!

The car was incredibly clean. They had a charger and adapters. Pick and drop off was a breeze. And they were able to accommodate a last minute, communicating quickly and efficiently.
