The car is a safety hazard ⚠️ car parts fell out while driving . DO NOT RENT THIA VEHICLE
Hi Shacara, car parts did NOT fall off the vehicle, unfortunately you returned the vehicle front end & tire damage, which resulted in the damage of the vehicle. I proceeded to communicate with you starting at 1:30am & through 2am on the morning of Mother’s Day to assist. Pictures and evidence of such has been submitted to Turo and a claim has been started. I did attempt to resolve with you directly, although you are falsely claiming no responsibility. Please be accurate in your review. Thank you
