Jason made check-in and check-out a breeze. He stayed in contact, provided a quick response whenever I needed assistance. The car drove smoothly, ac was cold, I did not have to worry about filling the gas tank up prior to my trip, Jason had already taken care of it. I was a bit disappointed that the driver seat warmer didn’t work, as I like to have heat on my back for long distance road trips, but it wasn’t a big deal. I experienced no issues or malfunctions at all with the vehicle. I definitely plan on renting again for future use if needed. Thank you Jason!
