This vehicle (Ford Focus) is a cute car that fits any parking space.
I originally booked the car for 33 days but by the 16th day it didn’t start up and I happened to be in New York by this time.
I reached out to the owner and he responded in a rapid manner.
He immediately reached out to Turo who in turn sent out a towing company to retrieve the vehicle. Turo then made arrangements for me to get another replacement vehicle.
This car is so cute and is absolutely GREAT on gas that I would consider renting it again. Especially because the owner is very responsive and jumped into immediate action on my behalf.
These things are unfortunate but can sometimes happen.
