Turo has a no smoking policy. This was not followed by a previous renter of this car. The host worked hard to eliminate the odor. I bought Zorb to improve the smell. The Turo owner offered to compensate me. Turo should have very clear agreement and severe penalty policies for smoking

Great little car, Timothy was very nice, prompt, and helpful. Takes quite a bit longer to charge than newer EVs, but overall a great experience.
