Stefano was an excellent host from start to finish. My trip ran from Wednesday, April 1 at 9:30 AM to today at 2:30 PM, and he made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
He met us right outside South Station at 245 Summer Street for pickup and drop-off. The handoff was quick and easy with no confusion at all. When returning the car, he even helped us with our luggage, which was a thoughtful touch.
Communication was fast and reliable. At one point, I accidentally had the car in valet mode, and he resolved it within seconds. That level of responsiveness really stood out.
The Tesla Model 3 was clean inside and out, well-maintained, and drove great. He also took the time to explain how to operate the vehicle, which made things much easier since I wasn’t familiar with it.
Overall, Stefano was friendly, accommodating, and professional. I would definitely rent from him again.
Perfect for anyone visiting Boston or looking for a smooth first Tesla experience.
