Car was spotless clean. Pick up was a little difficult at first because I didn't have an American phone/data, but then Abigail offered to meet me in person at the vehicle to let me in! To check in, you need internet while at the vehicle and there were no wifi networks around. Also, I don't think anyone has mentioned it but you can take the free shuttle from the airport to the "Airport" metro stop, and then it's a quick walk over the east Boston greenway overpass, through Bremen Street community park, to the car. Google maps didn't show me that route, but it's actually really easy to get to the car. I had this car for 2 months and had no problems! Check out was easy, you just drop the car off.

The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The car was very clean and in good shape. Good size trunk. The car is an older version (2017) so it doesn’t have many safety features such as a back up camera. The pickup at Boston Logan was a bit of an effort since we didn’t pay the additional fee for airport drop off, but it was fine and the location was good.

Car was decent but ran out of windshield washing fluid. Pickup was more complicated than expected.

Abby was quick to respond and flexible. Her rental was in excellent condition and she is a thoughtful host. She included items like a snow brush, ice scraper, and umbrella. Would rent again. Very convenient and easy
