You did not pick up the car at the 4 pm schedule time but an hour later in which I provided you pick up instructions and then communicated repeatedly during your attempt to extend the car. So its truly a misrepresentation of your claim. I guess this is really a case of no pleasing some people. Nontheless, I still gave you 5 stars and 15% discount. Enjoy your next trip.
