Car and host were excellent. Host was responsive and car was as advertised. No issues with either. I do have an issue with the Turo business model. The advertised price for the car was very enticing but after all of the add-ons when checking out it was close to the same amount for a regular rental car. I also found out my insurance company would not cover peer-to-peer rentals, forcing me to purchase Turo insurance. Not happy with all of the add-ons. Would much prefer total price transparency! Again...no issue at all with the host or the car.

I’m really glad to hear that you understand that when you leave a rating, you’re primarily rating the host. Unfortunately, some guests have a negative experience with Turo itself and reflect that in their rating of the host.
