This trip was super efficient and easy. Very accommodating and easy to coordinate when my plans shifted a bit during a nor’easter. Will definitely rent again in the future!

Car was stated to be in Boston, even though it was in Dorchester. I guess Dorchester is part of Boston, although it could've been made more clear in the ad. Car worked well, although it was not in the cleanest conditions. Host did not disclose the code for the lockbox until 3h into the trip duration, and once it was disclosed, it was not the right one. It took some time to get the correct code, delaying the actual start of the trip even more. Then the location that his ad provided for the return was not correct, and he showed no flexibility nor accountability in that regard, asking to take it back to where we had picked it up, which was never included in the instructions before. Since this was an extremely busy street, it took a long time to find parking, which also unnecessarily delayed our return, and increased our mileage. All in all, from the very beginning I had the feeling that I was being mistreated and taken advantage of. I would not recommend this host at all.

Dorchester mass is a part of Boston.We indicates an ad in messages /listing location is general and back. Location is sent prior to trip starting .of .Sorry you’re not familiar with our town.
Pick up and drop off location is the same location where you received a vehicle not where you assume you will wanna put the vehicle. Thank you for your feedback.
