It got us where we needed to; that’s all I can say. This was my first time using Turo and I can assure it will be the last. I always thought Turo was cheaper than rental companies but boy, was I wrong. We ended up paying $600 for the car because we chose to add insurance since again, first time using Turo. plus an added $150 to pick up the car in BOS instead of Manchester due to a flight issue we ended up having. I tried to cancel but turo was a nightmare to deal with. The host was very responsive and helpful before and during the trip so i appreciated that. The car itself was definitely not what I expected. The paint is chipping on the outside, the seats and the top (inside roof) are really stained. Every time i drove by a chipped road the rims felt and sounded like they were going to fall off. Its a reliable car though. I’m extremely disappointed with this app, which I thought would be great
