Kimberly was fantastic, super responsive and forthcoming. This was a two month rental and the car worked very well for us as a family. We are certainly considering to rent again with her in the future.

Had several issues, car-related. Yes, it’s a ten year old car; but, trunk, lights, tire pressure beyond normal. Host was quick to respond though overall not an easy trip.
I'm not pleased that you didn't have a 5 ⭐ experience with us. As mentioned to you, the trunk button issue wasn't disclosed by the previous renter. To make you aware seemed the better option versus same day cancellation. May your future experiences be more pleasant. Be well.
