Thanh was lovely and great with communication! The car is a bit more worn than pictured (by about 100k miles) and the drivers door would not open. Other than that, we had a great trip.

The driver-side door lock actuator failed during this trip and has since been replaced. This is a high-mileage 2004 convertible with 300 completed Turo trips, but I keep it maintained and address issues when they arise.
Host was super informative and helpful! He met me at the airport to go over the car and also had a printed laminated FAQ sheet in the car that was a nice reference when I had a question.
He was easy to get a hold of and the car itself was a blast to drive. Easy to use and the convertible top worked great.
