I rented this Bentley for my sister's senior prom. Shortly after driving off after picking up the vehicle, the tire pressure and axle warning lights came on. I immediately contacted the host to report the issue and was advised to put air in the tire.
Unfortunately, the tire continued losing pressure throughout the day, forcing me to stop at multiple gas stations to refill it in order to safely transport my sister to prom. In total, I had to stop seven times before we even made it to the prom venue.
At one point, the host asked if I had an air pump. Considering I paid $1,700 to rent the vehicle, I did not expect to need one.
Because of the ongoing tire issue, I had to cut our prom plans short and arrange for someone else to pick my sister up. It is clear this vehicle was not properly maintained or thoroughly inspected before being rented out.
The host was not particularly helpful during the situation and only offered to reimburse me $20 for the air I had to purchase throughout the day.
I strongly encourage anyone considering renting this vehicle to perform a very detailed inspection before leaving, or simply avoid the inconvenience altogether.
This experience was extremely disappointing.
When we dropped off the vehicle to Darion the vehicle had 0 issues with it. No tire lights, warnings or anything. Considering that the vehicle is heavy and came back with a CRACKED rim the guest must have hit a pot hole on his way out of Boston. We inspect all of our vehicles prior to it going out and the guest should have done the same. When handing the keys and doing all the photos there were absolutely 0 issues with the car. It's a shame people can't own up to their own mistakes.

Both the car and host were great. Host was quick to respond, even when it was later in the evening and early in the morning. Check in and check out was very smooth, they even coordinated a closer pickup/dropoff spot for me at no cost. The car was in perfect shape and was a very luxurious experience. My wife had a great birthday being chauffeured around.
