As a district manager that runs 35 restaurants, I would never rent from this person again. Gave me a car that was not safe to drive and then want to charge me $500 extra for his own fault because his tire kept deflating. Plus had to get the car towed. NEVER AGAIN! Don’t trust!
Had a terrible experience renting to this guest and will never rent to them again…. If you are a host, please beware.
Client rented the vehicle for close to 1 month and on the last week of the rental buster the front passenger tire or the vehicle. I went through the due process with Turo to address it.
At one point, the client waited until the vehicle was 3 hours past end of trip and vehicle was due for return before extending (after I made multiple calls to find out the location of vehicle)
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
