Freddy communicated very well and gave clear instructions. The car was clean and ran well. We appreciate that he prioritizes guest convenience by using the short-term lot, which made pick-up and drop-off very convenient.

The vehicle description was highly inaccurate; it lacked the listed backup camera, sunroof, (specific reasons this vehicle was picked) and heated seats. Additionally, a brake light was out during the rental. Despite the listing stating that vehicle washing was not required, the host repeatedly pressured us to take the car through a specific drive-through car wash (prepaid) to ensure we received a five-star review. No compensation or partial refund was offered for the missing safety and convenience features.

Vehicle is a 2013. It was also 95° in Idaho so not sure why heated seats and the sunroof were needed. Also, its common courtesy to clean something after borrowing it. Most host require a car wash when returning.
