I arrived at the airport only to find my car rental reservation did not go through. I was panicked & had never heard of Turo. Alex & Lily were a Godsend! They were extremely patient & kind in helping me navigate through the process. I would absolutely recommend them.

the process is a little strange with all the photos I have to take before and after the trip, never had to do that before. Plus it shouldn’t have to be my responsibility to get the car washed and cleaned before I return it…

Turo requires every guest to take before-and-after photos for protection — this is standard across all trips. Vehicles should also be returned clean per platform policy so I can prepare them quickly for the next renter.
