Cleanliness was not that great but overall good car
We apologize for the inconvenience. The vehicles are professionally cleaned before each trip. However, on occasion, after cleaning, they may remain parked in our open lot for a short period before pickup, and some dust can accumulate due to weather conditions. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to ensure every vehicle is presented in the best possible condition for our guests.
