The host went above and beyond when I had scheduled a car at the wrong airport. She picked me up at the airport. I flew into and drove me to the airport where the car had been left, which is where I had scheduled it. Fort Lauderdale is a very busy airport. She gave me step-by-step instructions on returning the car. I would rent from her again in a heartbeat.
