Shanti was amazing! She was super communicative and always quick to respond. She even dropped the car off at my location, which made everything so convenient. When I couldn’t return the car on the original return date, she was very understanding and flexible, everything was arranged with no issues at all. She’s also so friendly! The car itself was great and had no problems the entire 3 weeks I used it. Overall, such a smooth experience, thank you, Shanti!
