Pick up and delivery was much less than desirable since we had to walk a very, very
long way to a parking garage for pick up and drop off. I expected the vehicle to be waiting for me once I exited the terminal. In addition the vehicle had very high miles and feels like it should be retired from rental service. On our way to the airport to drop it off the check engine light came on and it starting driving much differently. Lastly, at drop off it took a long time because owner required countless photos of interior and exterior to be uploaded and the signal in the airport was very poor. All of my other Turo experiences were far greater than this one. I will not rent from here again

Just to clarify a few things:
Vehicles cannot be delivered to terminals due to Turo policy. Pickup and drop-off instructions are clearly provided in advance. The check-in/out process, including photos, is required by Turo and not specific to our listing. The vehicle is regularly inspected, and no check engine light was present at pickup or drop-off. All vehicles are cleaned before each trip; exterior conditions can be affected by weather beyond our control.
