Everything was as advertised - great - except we did not receive a pass code for the lock box and thus were delayed in beginning our trip. Wasn’t terrible but had to bake in the sun for a bit. Owner’s business partner contacted me with the code and we were on our way.

Sorry about the delay you experienced but this issue was totally your fault and not ours. The code was provided to you an hour before your check in. A member of my tean contacted you right away and confirmed you were having difficulties navigating the app and quickly provided the code to you to get you on your way. It was also confirmed you were attempting to use a 2factor authentication code from turo as your lockbox code rather than the code provided by us.

The car was clean easy to get around in and great on gas. There is some existing damage to the front and side of the car so be sure to take pics before pickup. Besides that great vehicle to get around in.
