I'm sorry for the inconvenience during your trip. The vehicle was inspected immediately afterward, and the mechanic confirmed the alternator and charging system were functioning properly. The battery had been drained, likely from a light being left on. I appreciate the feedback and have taken additional steps to ensure the vehicle is ready for future guests.
