Clean. Convenient. However, there is a fee for parking at daily parking lot. I wish the car could’ve been delivered to me instead and picked up.

the car was in perfect condition and surprisingly amazing on gas for a vehicle with a v6 engine. would most definitely rent from lou again. i had such an anazing experience with this car!!!

The car smelled like it was a smoker car that was being covered up by something else. The Airtrain that I was advised to take to get to P4 parking from terminal A was under construction. Waited 20 min and was taken to P3. I was then told we had to go to a different terminal and the wait and take another transfer from there. Ended up taking an uber. The car itself ran fine. No issues there.
