Thank you for your feedback, Julia! Just to clarify, the vehicle’s blind spot monitoring system is working properly. When I received the vehicle back, I noticed that the feature had been switched off. There is a button on the left side of the dashboard that allows the driver to turn the blind spot alert on or off. Once activated, the system works normally. Thank you again for your trip and your great communication!
