Very well Maintained car. Robert is a true gentleman. Always available for help. I once had an issue with the tyre and he immediately sought it out for me. Thank you robert!

Car ok...owner so so.
Owner not upfront about the trunk being only about half useful. Some weird step up taking up about half of the trunk.
If i would've known, I would've picked the car.
Owner also a bit deceitful...when I offered to give him cash for fuel, which I didn't have time top-up he told me not to worry about it and that we'll work it out later. Turned out that meant that he'd pocket an extra $10 for the terrible inconvenience of gassing up his own car with the tank being a bit under 3/4 full. Of course he's hiding behind the "that's the policy line" to get a lil extra instead of being a human being. It's not about the $10, it's just not something I would have done, that's all.
Anyway, would NOT rent from again.
P.s. Also, inconsistent milage allowance info ranging from 600-3800 miles. Don't know what that's all about, so confirm that prior.

FYI trunk is full size,due hybrid battery location in the trunk,trunk is smaller then regular models,for future reference for family trip get larger vehicle!
I do understand thinks can happen, we are not perfect but lie will not accepted, fuel level guest mention is it's missing less then 1/4 for full tank but after getting vehicle it on 5/8, see pics yourself guest!

The car was excellent and everything we wanted and needed. Robert was easy and great with all communication. 10/10 experience and ride!

Excellent host! We had to book very last minute due to an unexpected issue with another reservation, and they were incredibly responsive, responsible, and accommodating throughout the entire process. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Communication was smooth and professional from start to finish.
