I had a very disappointing experience with this Turo rental.
At first, the host did not approve my driver's license in time, which caused Turo to cancel my trip and charge me a $55 cancellation fee. Since I needed a car to get to work, I had no choice but to book the same vehicle again.
When I picked up the car, it was dirty both inside and outside. The tire pressure was low, so I had to inflate the tires myself. The host was unresponsive for most of the trip and did not seem concerned about the condition of the vehicle.
To make matters worse, at the end of the rental, the host told me that I needed to wash and clean the car before returning it, even though it had not been clean when I received it.
Overall, this was a frustrating experience. I expected a clean, well-maintained vehicle and better communication from the host. Unfortunately, I did not receive either and would not rent from this host again.
