The car pick up & drop off location is in a very dangerous area of downtown Birmingham with no street lights or other safety precautions around. It was located in a tiny parking lot or alley side street with limited ability to maneuver. I would not recommend renting/returning this vehicle beyond 4:30pm. I would not rent again just because of the safety concern, but the vehicle and car owner were fine to deal with.
