The host was somewhat good with communication. I had to call and ask where the vehicle was parked and ask for the code after messaging prior. I was also told 3 hours before my trip that the car was going to smell like smoke and when I get in it smelt like cleaning chemical for a day then smoke the rest of my trip.
We did inform you a guest smoked in it and we would have very little time to treat it before your trip and it would smell like chemicals, that is out of our control and we did the best we could with the time we had.
I had sent you a detailed map of the cars location and the lockbox code. Turo also sent the code in the check in instructions when you booked, I'm not sure why they never made it to you.
I apologize for the subpar experience, we will strive to improve and learn from this.
