I’m very confused about what happened in our business relationship.
The host seemed like a very nice person and then proceeded to tell us that we could return the car at 1 PM and instead only changed the scheduled return until 12 PM
Until this is rectified, I will not change my review of this host
And I’m going to report the fraud with my bank immediately if I am charged
If I am not charged, then I will apologize and fix the problem, but in the meantime, I do not want to be charged a fraud

Hi Leonard, I'm sorry there was confusion regarding the return time. I did tell you that returning the vehicle around 1:00 PM would be okay. However, the Turo system only allowed me to adjust the scheduled return to 12:00 PM. My intention was never to mislead you.You never got charged for that hour that was free

I take my business and my guests seriously I wish you had contact me directly for this confusion

The vehicle had a rejection sticker which I was told was fine to drive. The traction control started going off for no reason. and the engine light came on after that.

Alot of chicanery. After I ordered early and paid in full, owner notified me the car I ordered was no longer available and offered another car. The pick up drop off wasn't showing in the app as agreed. It was an off App address. I didn't find out until late into the rental that the inspection sticker was expired I ER a full month and I could have been stopped for a moving violation, fine of $50, and ins. penalty 6 years and license consequences!!!!! I am furious!
