My first time using Turo and it was a great easy process! The car was good and the Host was great at answering any questions and concerns I had.

The car was clean but before I left the property I let host know the diver door was loose host called and I asked about brakes and rotors and underneath car sounded it sounded like it was grinding host said she had the paperwork on car and Firestone just checked it out I went on about my trip and less than 24 hrs later the check engine light came on. I notified host and she expected me to stop trip and take car to be seen. Then proceeded to send a notice from tracker but I also explained to host her tracker must be off track or has not caught up to my current location because I was no where near where it last picked up a gps signal and when I reached my destination there was no available shops open being that it was a holiday weekend. I returned car 12hrs early so host can get car checked out early Monday morning
I really have no words. i will be taking car of once again to shop to have inspection performed.
