Car was amazing and loved the no contact. Will def rent from these ppl again! However the dodge avenger 2012 needs a strut replacement on the front left side. Other than that no issues!

Hi, I need urgent assistance with my current trip.
I have not even had the vehicle for 24 hours and I’ve been dealing with this issue for the last 3–4 hours. The car is not safe or reliable—it has been dying while driving and shuts off every 10–15 minutes. I already paid out of pocket for a tow service to come jump the car, but the issue is still happening and it is not safe to continue driving.
I’m requesting:
- Immediate assistance with a replacement vehicle or trip termination
- A refund for the unused portion of my trip
- Reimbursement for the towing/jump service I already paid for
Please advise on next steps as soon as possible.
