The car was fine until I had a flat tire where I hit a piece of concrete that was in the road to keep from hitting another vehicle and had a flat tire with a bent rim so I was gonna change the tire. No jack no lug wrench to start off the night with I had a jack and lug wrench delivered to me to Jack the car up and find out that the spare tire is not the spare tire for the car and did not fit the car whatsoever. Venturo has it towed for me back to the host where they put me in a Uber to send me home or so I thought Uber dropped me off 4 miles from my house forces me to get out. I talked to seven different people at Toro that night and none of them could help me with a replacement vehicle thank God today two days later the gentleman is working at Toro actually knows what he’s doing. His name is Christian and he was amazing. He’s got me in a vehicle without me having to pay for it. I had to take a short on the trip, but at least he got me something back. Fast for the host you should never reach your car without a jack lug wrench and the proper spare tire to go in it so this problem wouldn’t even have arrived.

The host was very kind and understanding. My phone died right when I returned it, the gas cap was on extremely tight and she met me at the store. She was just an angel in disguise. I needed the vehicle to handle very important timely business and my car messed up. Thanks so much
