Car is totally crap- No phone charger, the plug that could have been used to charge phone was broken, and pulled out of the socket. The passenger window is peeling, the buttons to open the sunroof was hanging down(took pic) smelled of marijuana when started the car- I had to attend a very important meeting for work and my suit smelled of q marijuana so bad. I cried. Just the most horrible experience. Not a $218 rental for ONE day.. I feel so violated. The original car I rent became unavailable less than 24 hours. This was my only option that would fit my family. Owner should have need honest about the condition of this car.
While vehicle swaps can be unfortunate, nothing warrants the attitude or language of this guest. While the situation was not exactly what we wanted due to another guest not returning a vehicle, this response was grossly over-exaggerated.
