This car was not in a good condition to be driving the whole front of the car is coming apart really couldn't enjoy the car the only this that was good is the inside clean

This was my second time renting a vehicle from them. The first time was a great experience. This time was a little different. The car that I rented and the car I received were different. The front of the car had zip ties holding up the bumper. There were many scratches on the vehicle. The vehicle is smelled like smoke.
I was told by the owner that this was a old 2016 Mercedes and the pics were over 2 years old. I told them that this was a misrepresentation of this vehicle. He proceeded to tell me that only dope dealers rent this car. He did offer to give the money back but I needed the vehicle for prom pictures. The pictures still turned out well even with the issues of the vehicle. I think this vehicle needs to be retired or fixed. The pictures definitely needs to be updated.
