Was given this vehicle as a replacement and was not satisfied as it was not entirely clean nor up to date. Opted initially for a 2016 Audi but was “down graded” to this. Not to mentioned it’s obviously dented by the driver door. Customer service just seemed lackluster. Did not even recall I was a repeat renter at that.
