The car did not have working air conditioning and had what seemed mechanical issues. The car completely gave out and shut down not even 1 minute off the NJ turnpike. I am grateful to actually be alive. The host showed his true colors when I reported the incident and he was questioned. Car was NOT SAFE.
I apologize for the inconvenience; however, the vehicle was provided with a full tank at the start of your trip. Running out of fuel during the rental is the renter’s responsibility. You declined to refuel or contact roadside assistance and instead requested that I travel 1.5 hrs to assist, and bring you gas.
Additionally, you did the same thing to the previous and asked him to come pick up his car. Says in your profile reviews from other host.
